Dear Parents,

As we near the end of another exciting season, we wanted to share some important updates and key dates for upcoming events.

Fundraiser Update

We know tonight was scheduled for the fundraiser ticket drop-off. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we are unable to collect tickets this evening.

We ask that all tickets be brought to practices next week instead. Even if it’s not your practice night, feel free to drop them off either Tuesday at Legion Field between 5:30 and 8:00 or Thursday at Lovell Field between 5:30 and 8:00 next week instead. If you cannot make it to either of those, please reply to this email so we can make arrangements to have you drop them or have someone pick them up.

If your child has sold enough tickets to qualify for a prize, please email us their size and how many tickets you sold so we can begin processing the prize orders. This is important as we have to get our order in ASAP to make it in time for the end of year party. We will cross-reference all submissions once we receive the tickets.

Jamboree Schedule

Please note the following end-of-season jamboree dates (times to be determined):

• Boys U9 – Sunday, June 15th in Quincy
• Boys U11, U13, U15 – Sunday, June 8th in Hanover
• Girls Grades 3–4 and 5–6 – Sunday, June 8th in Hull
• Girls Grades 7–8 – Sunday, June 8th, Location TBD

End-of-Year Party

We’re excited to announce our annual End-of-Year Party will be held on Friday, June 13th at Legion Memorial Field!

Please join us to celebrate the season with:

• Delicious food
• A fastest shot contest
• Live music
• An ice cream truck for all of our players
• End of year gift
• Fundraiser prizes will be distributed at the party
•  

Thank you for your continued support throughout the season. We look forward to finishing strong and celebrating together.

U11 Maroon 10 AM - Original Time

U11 Gold – 11AM – NEW TIME

U13 -12pm – NEW TIME

The girls' games are on as scheduled initially!

2025 Weymouth Youth Lacrosse Practice Schedule

We are excited to start our season indoors for one week.

On March 18th and 20th, we will be in the Union Point Bubble at 170 Memorial Grove Ave

****Please note the times and locations are different each day****

Tuesday, March 18th Bubble 2

5:30-6:45 PM Girls and Boys in grades 1-2 and 3-4

6:45-8:00 PM Girls and Boys in grades 5-6 and 7-8

Thursday, March 20th Bubble 1

5:00-6:15 PM Girls and Boys in grades 1-2 and 3-4

6:15-7:30 PM Girls and Boys in grades 5-6 and 7-8

After that week, we will resume our regular practice schedule outside at Lovell Field  and Legion Memorial Field.

Mondays – Lovell Field 1

5:30-7:00 Boys in grades 1-2 and 3-4 Lovell Field 1

7:00-8:30 Boys in grades 5-6 and 7-8 Lovell Field 1

Tuesdays - Legion Memorial Field

5:30-7:00 Girls in grades 1-2 and 3-4

All games will be on Sunday.  More to come on exact dates after we receive the schedules! 

CUBS will be posted soon and will start after the April Break.

Schedules still aren’t finalized for the girls' jamboree this Sunday.  Right now we are being told these are when they plan on starting the jamboree for each age group.

1st/2nd on Sunday, in the morning at The Dustbowl in Hull

3rd/4th on Sunday, early afternoon at The Dustbowl in Hull

5th /6th Maroon and Gold early afternoon at Hull HS

7th/8th Maroon and in the morning at Hull HS.

As soon as we have more detailed info, we will post it here.

Uniform update - If you ordered before the deadline, you should have received your child's uniforms by now. If you have not, please email us at weymouthlacrosse@gmail.com.

We will be doing a final handout of uniforms on Thursday 4/4 between 6:45 and 7:15 pm @ Lovell field for grades 1-8

For those who missed the deadline, we will be at practice on Thursday, March 28th in the picnic area to hand out uniforms.
